InsightPaper is a digital service that provides immediate access to our paper analysis and research tools. As per standard practice for digital content and virtual services:

  • All purchases are final and non-refundable
  • Once a subscription is activated, it cannot be refunded
  • Digital services and content are delivered immediately upon purchase
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time, but you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period

While we maintain a no-refund policy, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise:

  • Unauthorized or fraudulent charges will be investigated and resolved
  • Technical issues that completely prevent access to our service will be addressed by our support team
